HD 4113

HD 4113 is a roughly 140 light years distant main sequence star of spectral type G5, the 4113 b is surrounded with an orbital period of 527 days from the exoplanet HD. The mass of the star is roughly equivalent to the mass of the sun.

Planetary companion

The orbit of the companion has a semi-major axis of about 1.3 astronomical units and a high eccentricity of 0.90. Its minimum mass of 1.6 Jupiter masses. The exoplanet was Omer Tamuz et al. discovered in 2007 using the radial velocity method.
