Headnote

The orientation is set as the ( official ) maxim from the context of the content of a judgment ( a judgment, decision or disposal ) of removed and the essential essence containing sentence.

Also, the orientation set is preceded by the actual text of the decision, as it were singled out for orientation, but it does not originate from decision-making body itself, but as a rule by the editors of the publications must be published. An exception is the orientation blocks the judges of the Federal Labour Court.

In legal terms, and orientation setting develops no own effect, since it systematically does not belong to the decision itself, but already is interpreted by a third party.
