Health and Safety Executive

The Health and Safety Executive in the UK regulates key areas of occupational health and safety. This includes, inter alia, provisions for first aid and safety in the handling of equipment, machinery, materials, hazardous substances, and the like. As part of its activities, the HSE funded research on security-related issues and publishes the research results to the public.

In Germany, the labor protection system is based on two pillars. In addition to the national work safety and labor protection of the statutory accident insurance institution exists ( UVT ). UVT are the intellectual property trade associations (BG), the agricultural trade associations and the accident insurance institutions of the public sector.
