Hearst Corporation is a privately held U.S. company with headquarters in the Hearst Tower in New York City. Hearst is a media company, which was founded by William Randolph Hearst and the Magazines, Newspapers, television productions and television stations as well as Internet services, real estate and since 2012 to 50 % of the rating agency Fitch belong.
