Heat and Dust

Heat and dust, english Heat and Dust, is a novel by Ruth Prawer Jhabvala from the year 1975. He received in the same year the Booker Prize for fiction.

He deals with the colonial history in British India and is often used in the secondary sector II in German schools.

The novel was filmed in 1982 by James Ivory.
