( Listen? / I ) Heel is a place and was a municipality in the southern Netherlands in the province of Limburg.

Heel is on the western bank of the Meuse just a few kilometers southwest of the city of Roermond and 35 km northwest of Maastricht on the A2 and N 273 Distance to Belgium is about 4.5 km, to Germany more than 12 km.
