Heideroosjes

The Heideroosjes ( Dutch Heideröschen ) were a punk rock band from the province of Limburg in the Netherlands. She founded in 1989 and played until its dissolution in 2012 in the original line. This consists of Marco Roelofs (vocals), Frank Kleuskens (guitar), Fred Houben (Bass guitar) and Igor Hobus (drums).

The Heideroosjes are the most famous punk rock band from the Netherlands and have had for the album " Smile ... You're Dying! " a contract with the world's biggest punk label Epitaph. My eighth album since 1998, first appeared not at Epitaph, but with the Dutch record company U -Sonic Records. Backgrounds of the drop / contract spout are not known. Your notoriety they have most to thank for their often held concerts in Central Europe, especially in Germany, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands.

Their music contains a lot of elements from the Poppunk and hardcore. The lyrics are mostly English and Dutch, German rare.
