Heiger Ostertag

Heiger Ostertag (* 1953 in Itzehoe ) is a German author and historian.

Life

After graduation Ostertag joined the Air Force and graduated from the officer and flight training. Following Ostertag studied in Freiburg, Scandinavian, German and history. In the next few years he worked as a lecturer in history in Munich and in scientific research at the Military History Research Institute in Freiburg. Since the 90s, Ostertag has been active as an author and historian, especially in teaching. Previously, he published seventeen novels. The writer is a member of the Crime Writers' Association syndicate.
