The Heinz Field is the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers, an American football team of the NFL. It offers 65,050 spectators. The stadium replaced the Three- Rivers Stadium, and was opened on 25 August 2001. On October 7, the first NFL game was played against the Cincinnati Bengals. There, the NHL Winter Classic was played between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Washington Capitals on January 1, 2011. Is named the stadium after the name of a sponsor, the HJ Heinz Company.

The Heinz Field served as the home field of the Gotham Rogue in the movie The Dark Knight Rises. An estimated 15,000 unpaid extras filled the stadium during the filming on August 6, 2011.
