Heinz Klevenow

Heinz Klevenow ( born November 8, 1908 in Hildesheim, † January 27, 1975 in Hamburg ) was a German actor, radio drama and voice actor.

Life

Among other things, he played in 1960, the figure of Nero Wolfe in the five-part television crime Too many cooks after the detective novel by Rex Stout. Supporting roles he played in the films Confessions of Felix Krull (1957) and in a television adaptation of The Magic Mountain (1968).

He was for many years in broadcasting as a radio speaker in use, often in director Fritz Schröder- Jahn. In this medium, he tended to occur on in a leading role, as in 1964 in the famous radio play The ship Esperanza by Fred of Hoerschelmann. In 1956, he spoke in the four-part series on green beach of the River Spree by Hans Scholz ( Director: Gert Westphal ) in the second part of the Captain Matthew and in the fourth episode of the Dr. Brose. Also in one of the famous Paul Temple radio plays of the West German Radio he was to hear and though 1958 in Paul Temple and the Lawrence ( Director: Edward Hermann, with René Deltgen, Anne Marie Cordes ) and Kurt Lieck.

As a voice actor he lent his voice Vittorio de Sica, inter alia, in Madame de ..., James Robertson Justice in the X- boats attack or Lionel Barrymore Is not life beautiful?, Lorne Greene in the first dubbed version (NDR ) from Bonanza.

Klevenow was married to the actress Marga Legal. From this relationship comes their son Heinz, who also works as an actor and theater director.
