Heinz Stücke

Heinz pieces ( born January 11, 1940) is a cyclist who travels with a three- speed bicycle by its own account since August 1962 from his home town Hovelhof all parts of the world. He is a skilled toolmaker.

He once held the world record for the cyclist with the longest distance cycled.

His travels he financed by selling booklets with information about his travels and lectures in the larger cities through which he comes.

According to the company in August 2005 drove Heinz pieces in 37 years, more than 530,000 km on the same bike. Over the years it has been stolen from him five times, each time he got it back after a short time. The last theft took place on 8 May 2006 in Portsmouth, the next day the bike was recovered.
