Heisdorf

Heisdorf ( Lux: Heeschdref; French: Heisdorf ) is a district of the municipality of Luxembourg Steinsel.

Geography

Heisdorf lies in the valley of the Alzette. Developed Verkehrlich it is through the National Highway 7 (the Luxembourg Mersch), which runs through the town. In addition, the city has a railway station on the railway line Luxembourg spa.

Castle Heisdorf was built in 1888 in the French Renaissance style. The surrounding park are some notable trees.
