Helan County

The circle Helan (贺兰 县; pinyin: Helan Xian ) is a district of the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Yinchuan, the capital of the Autonomous Region of Ningxia Hui Nationality in the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 1600 km ² and has 180,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Xigang (习 岗镇).

The monumental twin pagodas of Baisikou and the petroglyphs of the Helan Mountains are located on its territory.
