Helen McCrory

Helen Elizabeth McCrory ( born August 17, 1968 in London) is a British actress.

Life and career

Helen McCrory was born as the daughter of Ian and Anne McCrory in the British capital London. She is the eldest of three children and grew up in many countries, for example in Norway, Nigeria, France and Madagascar. McCrory graduated from the University of the Arts London. On 4 July 2007 she married actor Damian Lewis. They have two children together and currently live in Los Angeles.

McCrory began her career in television series, until they received a small role in the feature film Interview with the Vampire ( 1994) by Neil Jordan. It was followed by other appearances in costume dramas like Casanova and Becoming Jane. 2008 McCrory was for the role of Narcissa Malfoy committed in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. She was also in the two film adaptations of Harry Potter and see the Deathly Hallows.
