Helena Macher

Helena maker Ochmańska ( born October 17, 1937 in Mikuszowice ) is a former Polish luger.

Helena makers started from 1956 to 1960 for start Bielsko -Biała, 1961-1968 GKS Katowice. She started for the first time in 1958 in Krynica -Zdrój at a luge World Cup and was 17th, in 1963 she finished in 10th place in 1964 Imst took her in Innsbruck for the first time at the Olympic Winter Games in part, finishing in eighth place. The Luge Championships 1967 in Koenigssee, she won the bronze medal behind the local hero Christa jewelry and Angelika Dünhaupt. Moreover, makers was at the World Championships the year before those two pushed at the 1968 Olympic Winter Games in Grenoble Erica Lechner. This missed makers in fourth place when a medal by just under half a second. However, they benefited from the disqualification of the East German drivers Anna -Maria Müller, Ortrun Enderlein and Angela Knösel, was accused by a Polish referee to have heated their runners.
