Helgasjön

Helga is a lake in Småland in southern Sweden. It is located north of Växjö. The lake is 162 meters above sea level and has an area of ​​48.54 km ². Helga has four major bays and a large number of islands, the largest of which is Helgö. In the southwest of the river Mörrumsån dehydrated (on the route to the lake Åsnen Helge å ) and has the lake.

At the lake there are the castle ruins of Kronoberg, several nature reserves and the neighborhoods Öjaby and Sandsbro of Växjö.
