Hellenic Aerospace Industry
Hellenic Aerospace Industry (HAI ) (Greek: Ελληνική Αεροπορική Βιομηχανία Α.Ε. ) is a Greek companies in the aviation industry based in Tanagra. In addition to the supply of components, the company has specialized in the construction of unmanned aircraft.
History
The company was founded in 1975 and from 1979 began with the development of the unmanned aircraft E1 -79 Pegasus, 1982 was the first flight. In 1986, the new model Telamon was presented, starting from 1990, the company worked with DASA (now EADS) together. HAI developed with Dassault, EADS, Saab, RUAG and Alenia unmanned, operating independently stealth combat drone neuron.
