Hello, Goodbye is a song by The Beatles, was released on 24 November 1967 as a single with the B- side of I Am the Walrus. Later it appeared on the LP version of Magical Mystery Tour and the corresponding film.

History

The recordings for Hello, Goodbye took place at Abbey Road Studios and lasted from October 2 to November 2, 1967 at the Paul McCartney was finishing his final bass track. The song was originally from a practice and had the first working title Hello Hello. Lennon and McCartney were the text by an associative game.

John Lennon disliked the fact that his composition was I Am the Walrus used only as a B-side of the single. He considered this to be better, because he only liked the end of Hello, Goodbye.

Hello, Goodbye was a great chart success, reaching, like its predecessor All You Need Is Love, in almost every country in top rankings.
