Hemipelvectomy

The hemipelvectomy is the most drastic form of disarticulation in the lower extremities.

It will be placed on one side of the entire lower extremity including a complete half of the pelvis to the sacrum (Latin: sacrum ), with which it is connected in the joint removed.
