The company's shares are listed since 1981 under the symbol 0012 at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and are part of the Hang Seng index. At the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the shares are traded under the symbol 8990.
The main activities of the company are financing, construction, sales, rental and operation of residential, office, industrial, and retail real estate, real estate investment, project management, real estate investment, construction and operation of hotels, operation of department stores and infrastructure services ( cleaning, security, IT services, etc.) The company mainly operates in Hong Kong, but also in other parts of China.
