The Henley Business School at the University of Reading is a triple- accredited business school with locations in English, Henley-on -Thames, Oxfordshire and Reading, Berkshire. Until the merger with the University of Reading in 2008, the business school was an independent foundation with the name Henley Management College and an endowment of £ 4.771 million (2006).

She has a large number of branches all over the world under the same name. Best known is the School of Management at Henley Business School for her MBA program. It also offers Doctor of Business Administration (DBA ), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) and Master of Philosophy ( M.Phil. ) Programs. The Business School is accredited AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA and thus transmits the so-called " Triple Crown ". The Henley Management College in 2006 was approximately 29,000 (living ) alumni.

In a recent ranking of the 50 best European business schools in the Financial Times, the Henley Business School reached the 28th place.
