Henningsvær
Henningsvær is a fishing village in the Norwegian municipality Vågan, located on two small islands off the Lofoten Islands in Norway Austvågøy. Henningsvær is located at the southern tip of the island, 24 km from Svolvær and currently has 427 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2009).
It can be accessed by boat or via one of the two bridges that connects it to Austvågøy. Because of its pristine fishing village character, it is a popular tourist destination, but also popular with divers and snorkelers.
