Henriette Mikkelsen

Henriette Møller Mikkelsen (born 21 September 1980 in Morsø ) is a Danish handball player.

Career

The 1.67 m wide left winger played from 2003 for the Danish first division club Viborg HK. Previously played at the hearing on the nickname " Henry" player in Ikast - bording EH and NIF / FLUIF. In the 2007 /08 season she sat from pregnancy- related. In April 2008, she gave birth to a daughter. After Mikkelsen returned back into the squad of VKM, she ended her career in November 2011. As Viborg HK had to complain several injury-related losses in the 2013/14 season, she made her comeback in February 2014.

For the Danish national team they played 81 international matches in which they scored 346 goals. The greatest success was winning the Olympic Handball Tournament in 2004, where she converted the decisive penalty throw against South Korea in the final.
