Henry Schoenfeld

Schoenfeld studied at the Conservatory in Weimar. Since 1879 he lived in Chicago, where until 1902 he led a mixed choir of 1891. Since 1904, he lived as a choral conductor and director of the Woman's Symphony Orchestra in Los Angeles.

He composed two operas, a Rural Symphony, a suite strings on Indian themes, two Indian Legends and numerous piano works.
