Henryk Bista
Henryk Bista ( born March 12, 1934 in Katowice, † October 15, 1997 in Warsaw) was a Polish actor.
Life
Henryk Bista studied architecture from 1952 to 1954 and then began an acting training of state drama school PWST in Warsaw, which he completed in 1958. He received his first engagement then at Warsaw's Teatr Ateneum. In 1960 he moved to the Osterwa Theatre in Lublin. From 1962 to 1992 he played in Gdansk at the Teatr Wybrzeze. During this time he also worked as a drama teacher in Gdansk and Gdynia. In 1992 he moved to the Warsaw Teatr Współczesny, where he was part of the ensemble until his death.
In addition to theater work was Henryk Bista since 1961 in more than 80 rolls of film to see. He never was one of the great movie stars of Polish cinema, but appeared in numerous films important and eye-catching supporting roles. Also for international productions he was occupied.
Henryk Bista died in 1997 after a long battle with cancer disease.
