Heraclides (son of Antiochus)

Heraclides (Greek Ἡρακλείδης ), son of Antiochus, was a Macedonian cavalry officer and companion ( Hetairos ) Alexander the Great in the 4th century BC.

Already in the year 335 BC led Heraclides as the ilarchos recruited from Bottaia squadron of Hetairenreiterei during the campaign against the Triballi. During the Asia campaign, he commanded it in 331 BC at the Battle of Gaugamela. Then it is no longer mentioned.
