The Herbert Mountains (English Herbert Range) is a mountain range in the Queen Maud Mountains of Antarctica, which leads from the edge of the polar plateau to the Ross Ice Shelf between the Axel Heiberg Glacier and the current glacier.

The chain was named by the New Zealand Committee for Antarctic Place Names by Walter W. Herbert, head of the Southern Group of the New Zealand Expedition of 1961/ 62, which explored the area around the Axel Heiberg Glacier.
