Heremaia Ngata

Heremaia "Harry," Ngata ( born August 24, 1971 in Wanganui ) is a former New Zealand football player who was active among others in England and Ireland.

Career

1989 Ngata began his career in England with Hull City, where he was active until 1992. From 1994 to 1995 he played in Australia at the Melbourne zebras. In 1995 he played with the Bulleen Lions and North Shore United, at the 1996 Thomastown Zebras, 1997 at the Bulleen Inter Kings, formerly Bulleen Lions. From 1998 to 1999 he was active for Bohemians Dublin, Ireland, in summer 1999, he joined the Auckland Football Kingz. In 2004, he finished his career.

With the New Zealand national Ngata won the 1998 OFC Nations Cup in the final against Australia. He also played with his country at the 1999 Confederations Cup in Mexico. Overall, he played 28 international matches.
