Hermann Schridde

Hermann Schridde ( born July 3, 1937 in Celle, † 18 May 1985 in Meißendorf at Winsen / Aller ) was a German show jumper.

His most successful period as a rider he had in the 1960s. At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964, he was with the German team Olympic champion in jumping and won the silver medal in singles. In 1965 he was European champion at Lecturer in Aachen. At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, he won the bronze medal with the team.

After his time as a rider he was national coach for jumping. He held until his death in a plane crash in 1985 this office.
