Hermes da Fonseca

Hermes Rodrigues da Fonseca ( born May 12, 1855 in São Gabriel, Rio Grande do Sul, † September 9, 1923 in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro) was a Brazilian marshal, politician and from 15 November 1910 to the November 15, 1914 eighth President of Brazil. He belonged to the Partido Republicano Conservador (PRC).
