Hermrigen

Hermrigen ( in local dialect [ heɾmə ˌ ɾɪɡ̊ə ] ) is a village with its own municipality and civic community in the administrative district in the canton of Bern Zealand.

History

Oldest evidence of the presence of people in today's municipality might go back to the Mesolithic period. From the Hallstatt grave mounds were found; also from the Roman period there are traces.
