Herodion of Antioch

Heros I ( also: Heron I., † 127 ) was fourth bishop of Antioch as the immediate successor of St. Ignatius. His term of office is placed approximately in the years 100-127. About him little else is known. He was succeeded by Cornelius.

Hero is venerated as a saint. His feast day is October 17.
