Heroltice

Heroltice ( German Heroltitz, formerly Herotitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers south of Tišnov and belongs to Okres Brno- venkov.

Geography

Heroltice is located on the right side above the valleys of the Svratka and its tributary creek Heroltický on a hill in the Highlands Brnenska ( Brno Bergland ). Towards the south of the valley of the creek is Pejškovský. History

The first written mention of villa Herolticz took place in 1358 as the property of Mikuláš of Heroltice.
