Heron County Park

The Heron County Park is a park in a wetland area in Vermilion County. It is located just north of Danville, Illinois, USA, near the Lake Vermilion. A nearly 300 -meter-long walking bridge, allowing visitors to observe the flora and fauna of the wetland. The creation of the park was carried out in 2004 and is managed by the Vermilion County Conservation District.
