Herta Huber

Herta Huber ( born January 24, 1926 in Schönenbach, Cheb ) is a German writer and poet. She was known for her publications in Egerlander dialect, a dialect was spoken in Cheb. It also publishes poetry and prose in High German.

For her work she was honored with various awards from the Sudeten Germans and the Eghalanda Gmoin eV.

She lives in Immenstadt in Bavaria.
