Hervilly
Hervilly ( Picardy notation: Hervilly ) is a commune of 170 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in Somme in the Picardie region, in the north of France. The municipality belongs to the canton Roisel and is part of the municipal association Communauté de communes du canton de Roisel.
Geography
The community is located approximately one kilometers southeast of Roisel at the department road D24. Through the southern part of the municipality Montigny was formerly a railway line ( to the appearance of remains of the old railway embankment in the IGN map still recognizable ).
History
The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
