Het Nieuwsblad

Het Nieuwsblad is a Dutch- language daily newspaper in Belgium. It is just as De Standaard and Het Volk issued by the Vlaamse Media Uitgeversmaatschappij NV ( VUM ). It is one of the popular newspapers such as Het laatste also Nieuws. Great part of the contents make sports and regional issues. Since 2003 there is a Sunday edition, which is sold exclusively in bakers and newspaper kiosks. The newspaper is published in a more manageable version since October 2005.

Edition

Every day, the newspaper sold 212,000 times (combined with De Gentenaar ). The number of readers is every day at about 800,000 people. Thus, this combination is the second most sold in Belgium, according to Het Laatste Nieuws De Nieuwe Gazet.
