Geography

Hettenshausen is located between Munich and Ingolstadt.

There are the following districts: Hettenshausen and Entrischenbrunn. Other districts are Reisgang, Jahnhöhe, Webling Prambach and winches.

History

798 was the first mention of the place as " Hittinhusir ". Hettenshausen was part of the Electorate of Bavaria and was part of the closed Hofmark Ilmmünster, whose seat the pin Ilmmünster was until its abolition in 1803 since 1315.
