Hexi District, Tianjin

Hexi (Chinese河西 区, pinyin Hexi Qū, IPA (high Chinese) [ ý χɤ̌ɕíʨ ʰ ] ) is a municipality of the centrally-administered city of Tianjin in the People's Republic of China. It is located in the southern part of the core city of Tianjin Heping between the municipalities and Jinnan.

The TV Tower Tianjin, the third highest with 415 m TV tower in China, is located in the Hexi District.

In December 2004, the Tianjin Museum opened in Hexi. The new building in the shape of a flying swan is one of the largest building in China.
