Reception

Stephen Thomas Erlewine of Allmusic rated the album 4.5 out of 5 stars. The band gained success because they have built up on their tours through the United States over the years a large audience. Hi Infidelity is not a mere summary of the musical strength of the band, but also a collection of what the stadium rock making up. Erlewine stands out in particular the songs Keep On Loving You and Take It on the Run. What constitutes a album but is that the other songs are also good, and those referred to in nothing stood by.
