The Yell Group plc is a service company from the UK, which provides telephone directories and other similar services. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange in the FTSE 100.

Yell Group is headquartered in Reading in Berkshire, west of London, England.

The company was founded in 2001 by the privatization of formerly state-owned firms portion of the British telecommunications company BT Group, which brought out the Yellow Pages in the UK. In March 2006, the company employed approximately 11,368 employees.

Yell Group offers the Yellow Pages in book format and online.

2005 acquired Yell Group in the United States, the company Transwestern Holdings LP, which in the United States brings out telephone directories in 25 states.

In 2006, Yell Group 59.9 % of the Spanish service companies Telefónica Publicidad e Información ( TPI ) of Telefónica.
