Hidden Treasures (English for " Hidden Treasures ") is a 1995 first published Extended Play of the American heavy metal band Megadeth. It contains eight songs that were recorded between 1989 and 1994, but not published at the regular studio albums.
Background
In March 1995 appeared in Europe a special version of the then current album Youthanasia. This contained a bonus CD with the name of Hidden Treasures. Megadeth later but opted to Hidden Treasures as EP Worldwide to publish. The eight songs are soundtrack contributions, cover versions or B- sides. The album cover shows a map of Arizona, in which the names of the songs are given in some places. The cover of the Limited Edition in turn shows a landscape, which was found on the cover of the album Youthanasia.
The Limited Edition was preceded by the regular songs of Youthanasia À Tout le Monde song, also you will find here the demos to Symphony Of Destruction and Architecture of Aggression (both from Countdown to Extinction ) and New World Order (of Th1rt3en ).
2007, the EP was re-released. In this variant, the bonus tracks of the Limited Edition, see the end of the phonogram, A Tout le Monde is included as a Radio Edit.
