Hideki Kita

Hideki Kita (Japanese喜 多 秀 喜, Hideki Kita, born September 28, 1952 in Saga Prefecture ) is a former Japanese long-distance runner.

On the train he was in 1977 and 1978 Japanese master both 5000 - as the 10,000 m. In 1979 he became Asian champions over 5000 m.

In 1978 he was fifth at Beppu and second at the Fukuoka Marathon. In 1979 he won in Beppu and 1981 at the Tokyo International Women's Marathon. In 1982 he finished second in 1983 and seventh in Fukuoka. In a marathon, the World Athletics Championships 1983 in Helsinki, he came on the 42nd place. In 1984, he won the Beijing Marathon and 1987 the Ōme Marathon over 30 km. With one fifth place in Beijing in 1987 and in Fukuoka in 1988 his career came to an end.
