High Point (New Jersey)

The High Point, with its 550 meters the highest mountain in the Kittatinny Mountains and the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is located in Sussex County, near the border with the neighboring states of New York and Pennsylvania. On its summit stands since 1930, a 67 m high Kriegsmahnmonument of stone. The High Point is located in High Point State Park, a small nature reserve of the Forestry Commission of New Jersey.
