The Highland Pony is a strong and friendly pony. It is a robust natural breed with even temperament and strong character.

In addition to riding, driving, and load carrying the Highland Pony can also be used for all other disciplines

Breeding history

The since about 1890 existing Scottish Studbook is run by the Scottish Highland Pony Society. His patronage has still held the British Queen Elizabeth II.
