Hilarie Burton
Hilarie Ross Burton ( born July 1, 1982 in Sterling, Virginia) is an American actress and presenter.
Career
Early Burton recognized her passion for television and so she moved to New York where she acted as moderator of the famous MTV show TRL at age 18. Her first appearance as an actress she had in youth series Dawson's Creek. A year later, she landed the role of Peyton Sawyer in the drama series One Tree Hill, which she played until the end of the sixth season of the series. Since 2010 she plays Sara Ellis in the crime series White Collar, first only as a supporting actress, in the third season she was part of the main cast, and from the fourth season she was again part of the supporting cast. Besides Burton remained the moderation faithful and commuted to 2008 between Wilmington, NC and New York City.
Burton was married from 2004 to 2008 with the assistant director Ian Prange. In March 2010 she released her first child, a son, was born. Father of the child is the actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, with whom she has been dating since early 2009.
2008 Burton joined forces with Kelly Tenney and Nicholas Gray, the independent film production company Southern Gothic Production in Wilmington. They give out a monthly music podcast that will be presented in the lesser-known artists. In addition, they have the 2009 short film The True -Love Tale of Boyfriend & Girlfriend produces, which is sold via the Internet platform movie baby.
Burton was nominated for her involvement in the local film industry for three years in the film Commission of North Carolina.
