Hilarios Karl-Heinz Ungerer

Hilarios Karl -Heinz Ungerer (* 1941 in Nuremberg) is the Bishop of the Free Catholic Church in Germany.

Life

1967, the nurse Ungerer was consecrated by an archbishop of the Gallican Church of France, Cyprien Damge, a priest. In 1967 he received the benediction for Titularabt by Renatus Malvy, the patriarch of the same church. In 1970 he was Mar Emanuel, a bishop of the Catholic Apostolic Church, consecrated in the Jacobite tradition bishop. In 1974, the Gallican Church of Germany was integrated into the Free Catholic Church. Here Ungerer was appointed Erzbischofkoadjutor within the Free Catholic Church. On October 6, 1976 he was sub conditione by the Archbishop of the Order of Mariavites - to conduct foreign jurisdiction, Mary Norbert Paul Maas, re-consecrated as bishop with the simultaneous assignment, until 8 August 1978, a further community in Munich. The resignation in the foreign jurisdiction took Maas 1978.
