Hilarius Breitinger

Hilarius Breitinger ( born June 7, 1907 as Lorenz Breitinger in Glattbach near Aschaffenburg, † August 23 1994 in the monastery of Maria Eck, Bavaria ) was a German - Minoriten Father.

Biography

From 1922 was Hilarius Breitinger students in the Franciscan Seminary of St. Valentine, where he subsequently graduated. On March 18, 1932, he put in Würzburg religious vows, and on 31 July 1932 he received the priesthood ibid. As a Franciscan Friar Minor, he was sent in 1934 as a replacement for the stated from Poland Father Venantius Kempf as a German pastor to Poznan.
