History

Passenger cars

Between 1953 and 1966, Hino Motors also manufactures passenger cars. First, this was the license- Hino- Renault 4CV.

From 1961 models of their own design were offered. The Hino Contessa 900, a 4-door sedan, had a 4- cylinder engine with 893 cc displacement and 25.7 kW ( 35 hp ) in the rear.
