Hipodromo Nacional de Maroñas

The Hipódromo de Maroñas is in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo, in the neighborhood ( barrio ) Maroñas, located Racecourse.

The 1874 -opened under the original name Circo de Ituizaingó racetrack was built by residents of British origin of today's montevideanischen district Ituzaingó on the former lands Francisco Maroñas ', a naturalized Spaniard in the Banda Oriental gallicischer origin.
